Construction Management Services - Like A/E services, Rudeen & Associates also provides construction phase services on a routine basis. Whether it is a monthly review of pay applications or full time on-site personnel, Rudeen & Associates has the capabilities to offer whatever services are needed to support your mission. We provide a wide range of services including daily inspections on complicated re-roofing projects, commissioning services on HVAC replacement projects and oversight inspections.

Cost Estimating - We typically don't use a cost consultant but require that our design architects and engineers perform their own estimating. This requires them to be much more familiar with the project and accountable for the cost impact of their design decisions. However, we are aware that specialty consultants may be needed for specific projects to allow our clients more flexibility. Our philosophy is to search out the best consultant for each task and then add them to our team. We work with our clients to insure the right teams are in place for each delivery order.
